isnt 1000Mbps aka Gigabit Ethernet what the device supports ? there is no way to force a higher speed that it does not physically support just because the cli shows that

also, those CLI commands are for Huawei Enterprise Routers/Switches, not a home router

1000Mbps is the max you can get, you will not be getting 2500/5000/10000
