Issue Details

"useDhcp": {
  "type": "boolean",

...
is of wrong type it will produce a validation error - it should be "bool"

Repro steps (if necessary, delete otherwise)

1. Just try to deploy this template using the custom template deployment dialog in Azure Portal. -> hit create (after adding all parameters) - it will fail and tell you that validation failed.
