Background

Customer mentioned "patron called and asked if Early Voting started at SE at midnight tonight. My worker noticed that it does say Oct. 26, 2020 12:00 AM"

Steps to Reproduce

Visit https://library.nashville.org/locations/bellevue-branch - note the orange block from bedework widget. There are likely one or two that are noted as "12:00 AM." Or, choose another location, if there is not a current example listed. These entries marked as "all-day" in the Bedework Add event form.

Expected Behavior

User should be aware from the widget that the program is all day (or, while the location is open)

Actual Results

User is confused by the midnight time displayed on the widget.
