I have a WiFi network but I cannot seem to connect when trying to connect on the https://hq.pinocc.io/troops main page, what is wrong?

I suspect you also posted on IRC yesterday? There you said the message was 'Couldnt find your Scout :( ', which makes me suspect that it's not a wifi connection issue, but an issue with the local serial connection.

It's been a while since I went through this process, but did you install the Pinoccio serial driver? What OS are you using? Is a serial port listed for the pinoccio in the device manager (Windows) or in /dev (Linux/OSX)?

One issue I've had doing demos in the field is when there is just too much noise due to overlapping WiFi networks, or other signal issues like that. It's not practical for everyone, but you can try switching your access point to a different channel to see if that helps.

If this is preventing you from getting started entirely, you can try setting your lead scout up in bridging mode: http://support.pinocc.io/hc/en-us/articles/202903250
