I've done quite some work on this. At https://ct-3000.firebaseapp.com/nl/tool/hue you see that an ipaddress can be entered.

  • manually enter a user token
  • when ipaddress & token have been entered, send the color of the lamp to the hue bulbs
  • some sort of wizard that looks for your bridge via /nupnp, and asks you to press the button to create a new token. Enterable via the tooltip of the lightbulb for instance.
