Generating the test class in $(IntermediateOutputPath) will keep the source tree clean.

There was some effort to do this (PR #1983), but it breaks the navigation from test explorer to the feature files.
We didn't found yet a way to fix this.

Let's continue the discussion in the PR, to have it at one place.
