Yeah, you don’t need jailbreak to build a project directly from Xcode. Just compile to device and viola! Alternatively, get a developer account and send it via internal TestFlight.

Did you have any luck? This repo looks super old now (currently on iOS 12.x) - Does anyone know of any alternatives?
