"vim.autoSwitchInputMethod.defaultIM": "xkb:us::eng",
"vim.autoSwitchInputMethod.obtainIMCmd": "/usr/bin/ibus engine",
"vim.autoSwitchInputMethod.switchIMCmd": "/usr/bin/ibus engine {im}"

I think you can do something better.

linux has too many im engine and I'm not familiar with linux. Welcome to submit PR to make it better.
