Gradio Web IU doesn't work

When I try the gradio web iu, I was not able to get any demo working.

1. try my own video (around 30 seconds)
   /LLaMA-VID/llamavid/serve/gradio_web_server.py", line 226, in http_bot
   2024-07-04 17:38:05 | ERROR | stderr | state.messages[-1][-1] = "▌"
   2024-07-04 17:38:05 | ERROR | stderr | IndexError: list index out of range
   

Unfortunately, I am still stucking in trying to print the state.messages and keep failing.
2. try the moive poster in the examples section, it kept running backstage and give a network error shown below
