[error] Human readable suggestions for possible solutions

There are many common errors like listen on a existing port, typo for configuration file path. It would be good if the error package store solution for common mistakes i.e. how to find the process using the port you app tried to listen. This would same a lot of time for people new to a project

• preserve the context of error so a solution can be found
• a database for common errors

maybe we should have another package called autofix .... or maybe errorx
