Release the data-plane selector to finalize the private data-plane launch.

Below are the base requirements for this feature:

  • Remove the data-plane selector feature flag (i.e., dataPlaneOption).

  • Remove all unused data-plane gateway assets in the codebase (e.g., environment variables, types, utils, etc.).

BLOCKED: the data-plane selector feature flag should remain intact until there is greater support for monitoring and troubleshooting EU data-planes.
