Event series page should only show chapter information, not events

The list for event series should contain a list of chapters that take part in the series with a summary of which events take place and a link to the chapters events list.

Currrently, each event of any chapter is shown:

Makes a lot of sense. But we would have to change the design as well to have both chapter info and the event info.
