JS Modules - build unsuccessful

I have been using an older version of H5BP for projects and everything has been great. I recently started a new project and decided I would pull the latest from GitHub and try the 1.0 version of the ant-build-script.

The builds work, until I include js modules. The errors are inconsistent, and it appears to work until a point (files are in the directory js/xxxxx/module-file.js) and then fails.

Is anyone else getting this type of behavior? Or do I have a local system issue? I am running the builds on a ubuntu server image on virtual box. This same vm runs the old build scripts fine.

If this is a known issue, I would greatly appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.

Can you describe in greater detail what's happening so that I can test?

Thank you for the quick response, yes I will try the build again this weekend and document the errors.
