Actual Behavior
When i add a quote item to an order template in a quote request, all my order templates that I have created are missing in the popup that opens

Expected Behavior
When I add a quote item to an order template in a quote request, I find all my order templates in the popup that opens

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

  1. Search for an item (e.g. "paper")
  2. Switch on the result page to list view
  3. Click on the "add to quote request" button for one of the listed items
  4. Click on the "add to order templates" button for one of the listed quote items
  5. See empty modal with no order template / See NullInjectorError in browser console

this is caused by an Angular issue (angular/angular#50037) and has been fixed meanwhile - consuming a newer Angular version should fix the issue
