Right now there is no way to tell what the rules for passwords are when setting your password in the password reset form.

It will fail with a very vague error if you try to set your password and it is too short or doesn't include enough capital letters or something like that. We need to display live validation that your password is valid when setting your password, so that users don't get stuck unable to set a password and login.
