Bar Chart Issue when using under tab panel

Expected Behaviour:
Graph has to load properly with the data.

Present Behaviour:
When Initial Render chart was giving following issue:
attribute width: A negative value is not valid. ("-30") nvd3

Any more information regarding the issue:
On Initial Load graph was populating in the following way, after chrome developer tools open it was getting adjusted and rendering properly again.
