Your existing documentation for "Contributing" is probably sufficient for people who are reasonably technical, but I haven't found that many "ordinary Users" who might be willing to contribute having those kinds of skills.

If you used a tutorial on the Internet to get up to speed on Weblate, a link would be invaluable.

Else, if no relatively non-technical guides exist, then maybe someone will have to create one.
