Applying on marked region

It looks like it doesn't currently work on specified region. The use case is when you have a big file with format inconsistencies, and you want to format, but only in specified region, while ignoring inconsistencies in other places, since you don't want to deal with big diff on commit.

I think Prettier itself allows it, but that requires some tinkering.
