Add form input components

Add components for:

• Button
• Text and number inputs
• Text area
• Checkboxes
• Radio buttons
• Toggle switches

Many of these are not used that heavily in the ETM, but having consistently styled components will be useful.

Buttons, text inputs, and text areas are all used on the user profile page, and save scenario popup and pages. Toggle switches are used to enable some ETM features such as the merit order. Radio buttons and checkboxes may be used in the ETM interface at a later date.
