Running check_integrity.py --check-order shows a number of apparent misorders. At least some of these appear to be reprocessing of the same file (N001 => N002 with same start time, etc). Some cases don't follow this pattern.

Action - check if there is any impact from these cases in eng archive MSID data. Are the redundant points set to bad? Is there an impact on short queries, i.e. bad coarse index from archfiles table?
