Document operational aspects of Genesis

We need a manual for Genesis that includes discussion of the operational aspects of using Genesis and a Cold server, such as doing backups regularly, making sure they can be textdumped and so on.

Licensing-wise, is it possible to pull out the ColdC Reference Manual out of ColdCore and into the genesis repository? (Assuming that someone can figure out how to actually do so -- basically, this is a "if I am making a PR to do that, what do I need to do" question)
I feel like this would do a lot for understanding Genesis independently of ColdCore, and then the missing textdump format details can be added, and then everything can be contextualized around that.
