aux charts: frames --> CSS grid layout #907

We should modernize the HTML for the auxiliary charts, for example https://www.unicode.org/charts/collation/ and https://www.unicode.org/charts/nameslist/index.html

They use old HTML standards, and use frames which are no longer recommended.

Consider https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/CSS_grid_layout
