Stations continually switch from on to idle to off every minute

I am a long time user of open sprinkler, and about 2 years of home assistant. When I first installed the open-sprinkler integration, all my valve stations were continually resetting and triggering, every few seconds. I disabled the add on.

I just reinstalled the latest and get essentially the same thing: In my log...

Not sure if this is a common issue, but I'd love to get this sorted out.
