Description

[Draft] Do not merge. This PR is intended for shaking out Node package changes to try to un-stick the CircleCI based integration test step failure.

I can't reproduce the error by running the Jest-based integration tests in my local environment outside of Docker, and using the circleci command line is failing with errors that look related to CircleCI-Public/circleci-cli#970.
