The changes looks good and the testing instructions work as expected. The new metabox looks way better! 🙂

BTW not related with the PR, but the metabox html code is getting a bit out of control 😄 Good call moving the risk level block to a new method.

This PR aims to add the risk level information to the Fraud & Risk meta box on the order details page. The risk level information provides more information and clarity around the possible risk of the order.
Besides that, an "Adjust risk filters" link was added to the block, allowing merchants to go to the risk filter configuration in an easier way.
