Summary

  • This PR adds performance tests to Spheral
  • It does the following:
    • Creates scripts and tests to enable automatic performance testing
    • Simplifies the lcats script to make it easier to understand and modify
    • Fixes instances of cerr to cout

ToDo :

  • Annotate RELEASE_NOTES.md with notable changes.
  • Create LLNLSpheral PR pointing at this branch. (PR#)
  • LLNLSpheral PR has passed all tests.
