Description

Following #74 the minikube extension is able to detect the installed tool and registerUpdate however it do not registerInstall method.

We still have the minikube warning on the statusbar asking us to install minikube, which is not consistent with the other CLI tools.

Solution proposal

The minikube extension should not register a statusbar item, and instead register an install on the CLI Tool page.
