Just checking in letting you know that I'm working on implementing the FQ qdisc stats in the next release. After some busy months, I now have some mental bandwidth to start extending this exporter for more stat structs. |

This PR bumps the version of go-tc to v0.4.4 which adds support for parsing FQ qdisc stats.
This will add support to tc_exporter for creating prometheus metrics for FQ qdiscs, full changelog for v0.4.4 is here:
