📚 Description

This PR provides a layer of abstraction over Google Maps JavaScript API by adding a set of composable SFCs.

TODO:

• look into making every (suitable) SFC's option reactive
• add SFCs playground
• add advanced marker element and pin element components
• add overlay view component (for fully custom overlays, unlike info windows)
