Just a thought Typeform or Google form can be an easier way to share the thoughts on the survey while maintaining the anonymity of the correspondence. And later while extending the outreach, we can just share the form link around.

Not sure what you're proposing, would you create a google form to propose questions for the survey? I'm open to anything, but I think opening PRs to the current survey can allow better discussions and be a more efficient process.

@sara-02 Your Idea sounds good but before going to the survey we need a discussion on the same. Like what all are the questions needed who all really interested etc for that discussion everyone have to add there thoughts to the SURVEY.md as a separate PR and we will run the discussion though that

@BhagyaC got it. So right now we are just getting an opinion about the survey questions and format itself, and not necessarily the answers to the question. I thought we have already started collecting data.
