This PR adds a script that outputs a csv file with all inputs for a blank scenario.

Required input: list of relevant area codes, ATM API key (from personal account); filename (optional)
Output: csv with all ETM inputs (rows) and value per area code (columns)

(The script is written with the help of ChatGPT)
